iVentions is an international event architecture agency based in Barcelona, designing and managing turnkey events worldwide. iVentions takes care of state-of-the-art event design and professional event production at the highest service standards. We have specialized knowledge of international congresses and exhibitions, automotive presentations, and sports events, including motor sports, sailing, tennis, soccer, and golf.

Our services


We engage in the full setup of events, including the design of stands, the rent of structures, the decoration of tent pavilions, the build of exhibit displays, and the management of road shows. As a full service agency we can also take care of your corporate invitees that are visiting congresses, conferences and international sports events. Next to this we manage press events and coordinate VIP hospitality programs.

As sponsor architects we match companies and brands with the right events and audiences.  Our aim is to offer effective solutions for impactful and valuable relationships between a company/brand and its customers by creating, developing and implementing online and onsite sponsor activation programs.  We always focus on targeting the right audience in the right way.

iVentions works throughout the world providing event services for many types of clientele, including car manufacturers, exhibition and congress organizers, corporate clients, event management companies, communication agencies, NGO’s and public institutes. Our track record includes design and implementation of large-scale events for organizations such as the European Commission and UEFA Champions League.

Our team

Located in the absolute city center of Barcelona, iVentions is composed of a multi-national team of event architects who speak English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Catalan, Swiss-German, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian. In total we can rely on more than 60 years of accumulated experience in event management and brand strategy.

Background


iVentions was founded in February 2010. The company name iVentions is an acronym of many things that are all close to the heart and spirit of the company: inventiveness, ideas, inventions, inspiration, interconnectivity, investigation, events, and ventures.

The two blue bubbles on our company logo represent the continuous flow of ideas, the inspiration and inventiveness that streams through the veins of our company.

Our approach

Over the years, we’ve been able to create a proven approach to production of events that dynamically communicate and that are produced in the most cost-efficient way.
